The trend is now to utilise active refrigeration and not polystyrene for the shipping method. We have recently launched overnight interstate deliveries using active refrigeration technologies that can be transported in an ambient truck. Battery technology now allows for up to 100 hours of cooling at 5 degrees. We see this as an incredible environmental benefit as more will have the ability to choose active refrigeration instead of passive packaging and air transport.
