The visitor's center of the winery overlooks the scenic mountains of Edom to the east and the hills of Jerusalem to the south.This area was lush with vineyards and wineries in days of antiquity and whose remains exist until today.Psagot Winery currently produces 80,000 bottles a yearly of which a large part is are exported to countries all over the world.The vineyards of Psagot are planted on terraced limestone at a height oflocated 900 meters above sea level to the north of the hills of Jerusalem.
