We're best known for East Village, the former London 2012 Athletes' Village in Stratford, which we launched in 2013 with the aim to shake-up the private rental sector and offer a better way of renting.We started by getting rid of fees and making a promise that we would only increase rent in line with the CPI, so everything would be transparent.
