The British School of Aviation is an EASA Part 147 (UK.147.0123) training organisation, established to evolve traditional commercial aviation training by offering a fully integrated business model for the training and development of frontline aviation personnel. Privately financed and based at London Luton Airport in the UK, in offices formerly occupied by the Monarch Aircraft Engineering Academy, BSA brings together a wealth of global aviation experience, industry knowledge, commercial acumen and technical training expertise. The company provides a bespoke, holistic and cost-efficient proposition to every customer, individual and corporate, which enables airlines and MROs to outsource their training requirements with confidence. BSA's flexible business model recognises the ever present challenges faced by airlines, MROs and associated companies within the international aviation community. BSA's ambition is to become an internationally recognised provider of training and development for front-line aviation professionals. Designed from the ground up in partnership with a network of highly experienced instructors, our courses are structured to deliver ‘work ready', rounded individuals into employment. Encompassing areas such as emotional intelligence, psychology and mental health, first aid, advanced CRM and management skills, alongside the prescribed mandatory syllabuses.By outsourcing training, airlines are not burdened by the high cost of managing in-house academies, which can put them at a competitive disadvantage and detract attention away from the core operational business.BSA's mission over the next five years is to innovate and grow progressively into an academy that is respected across the aviation community with the potential for expanding its brand to other training hubs around the world.
