Moot Court Society ("MCS") of University Institute of Legal Studies at Chandigarh University is student run society to govern all Moot Court related activities like hosting and participating in Moot Court Competitions. It aims to enrich students in practical application of law in real life facts and situations. Every year MCS organize National Moot Court Competition in which teams of Pan India participate and Bi-annually Intra Moot Court Competition for students of UILS to sharpen and test their skills. First time in September 2021 MCS organized International Virtual Moot Court Competition on theme of Peace and Justice in which teams across the globe participated. MCS aims to make legal studies more research based practical oriented.
