We are a medium-sized firm of Chartered Accountants (CA) in practice for over the past 40 years. We are dedicated to looking after the needs of multinational corporations and high growth small and medium-sized businesses and individual taxpayers. We offer a full range of auditing, accountancy, taxation, corporate secretarial and business advisory services and give a service which is professional, personalised, friendly and value-for-money. The firm was established in 1974 by Mr Heng Lee Seng. The partners are registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and are practising members of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). All of them and most of our staff are bilingual in English and Mandarin. Our emphasis on personal attention is reflected in our client relationships.
