Paddle is an internal career marketplace platform for large enterprises that help existing employees find the best internal jobs, and help recruiters find the best internal candidates for open roles.Paddle is an HR enterprise SaaS platform to improve internal mobility within a company. Most companies don’t have a solution for this, as recruiters are biased towards external candidates (and for internal hiring, 88% companies rely on ad-hoc, low-tech methods). Paddle’s matching algorithm leverages HR data (including past performance, potential, etc) that companies already have on their employees, but are not being used for internal recruiting. Using machine learning, we can identify the best predictors of success in a role and then find the most relevant, bias-free internal candidates. We are helping companies save $14 billion of unnecessary external recruiting costs.
