In 1985 the Company's name changed to Robertson Property Management Corporation and ten years later evolved into RPM Company. The parent company has built and developed approximately 22,000 apartments across the United States and renovated over 5,000 in California. We have successfully managed more than 30,000 rental units nationwide ranging from A+ institutional apartment communities, to severely distressed properties in need of renovation. RPM Company currently manages approximately 30 communities totaling more than 5,000 units and employs approximately 175 associates.
