Commissaris Onderwijs at Natuurwetenschappelijke Studievereniging Amsterdam - Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
The study association for Mathematics and Physics & Astronomy students of the University of Amsterdam is called the NSA (Natuurwetenschappelijke Studievereniging Amsterdam). Currently, the NSA has over one thousand members, of which around 600 bachelor students and 200 master students. Also PhD students are member of the NSA.As a association, the NSA tries to create a relaxing and an educational environment for our members. On the one side, we organize a lot of entertaining activities such as sport events, game nights and study trips abroad. On the other side, we aim to broaden the horizon for our members. In cooperation with companies, we let the students get in touch with different interesting working fields. During their studies, our members develop great analytic and problem solving abilities. This make our members wanted by consultancy and advisory companies. Programming courses play an important role in the curricula, what makes our students interesting for IT-related companies. There are various possibilities to promote a company and to offer the students an insight in the company. Some of many options are organizing an inhouse day or a workshop and drinks afterwards, placing the logo and a profile on our website (nsaweb.nl) or on our Facebook. Also it is possible to spread promotion material at our university. For more information about the NSA, feel free to contact us via samenwerking@nsaweb.nl!
