Founded in 1951 in the United States of America as Ward Howell, Signium was a pioneer in executive search consulting and a founding member of AESC (The Association of Executive Search Consultants). We now have nearly 50 offices in close to 30 countries, operating in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We work both in specialist markets and wider industries, with consultative experts in every business sector and functional area. Signium Egypt was founded by a group of young entrepreneurs, we initially started as a pioneering recruitment firm in Egypt. As the Egyptian market matured, it was soon recognized that there is a growing need of different and comprehensive human resources solutions, thus introducing our diverse range of services while maintain high quality and expertise, these services include Organisation Design & Development, HR Consulting, as well as Executive Assessment.
