Julian supplied Belgium's most respected chocolatiers with carefully produced Macadamias from a group of speciality farmers on the East Coast of South Africa, the world's finest microclimate for this crop. Our Macolatiers, as they are known, enabled innovative new flavors to be birthed, with this precious Macadamia nut.
