Founded in 1980, the history of the Group advanced in perfect harmony with the great moments of the Brazilian history. Before the turn of the millennium, the Group also introduced to the Brazilian market the funding strategy, used for the financing of constructions, which resulted in the construction of two units in Mexico. WTORRE also brought to Brazil the Built to Suit system, which comprises: the acquisition of land, construction made to order and, later, the leasing of the project in a long term contract.
