CR created ‘Intelligent Recruiting', which adopts 21sttechnology such as social media and other means of digital communication to complement traditional headhunting practices, this is a far more intelligent smarter way of working.‘Intelligent Recruiting' isn't simply a method of working it also describes the service we provide to both our candidates & clients and our business mantra. It effects everything we do from whom we employee and to how we operate – we are always challenging the norm to find a better way to work. Just because something has always been done a certain way, doesn't mean it is: right or always has to continue to be done that way.
