S&S Services Private Limited is a brain child of Mrs. Aparna. The company has come into the existence from the sheer desire to contribute to this nation in an effective and efficient manner. Although originally the company was a proprietorship based, after working in that format for nearly two years we have realized the need in the construction field for a personnel agency to have its own legal entity that fills a void left by other temporary and permanent placement agencies. S&S matches specifically skilled workers with clients, saving businesses time and money, while providing for its employees with honesty and honour. This requires a high level of communication. It means asking open-ended questions, listening and understanding. This means knowing the local market so S&S can really serve each client and employee, not just "sell" them our goods. To accomplish our objective we established S&S Services Private Limited.
