Apollo has also undertaken a number of international projects. As a design and build contractor we coordinate and manage every aspect of a build project from concept design, to consent approvals, to construction and finally commissioning and client hand-over. We tailor our services to suit client’s requirements and encourage robust discussion within the project team around materials, design and buildability. A key point of difference for Apollo is our early participation in the building and services design process – this is referred to as Early Contractor Involvement or ECI. As ECI specialists we bring both a practical and theoretical understanding of project buildability which means we develop a more efficient design. We design and build to a budget and remain conscious of design change implications at every step in the process.
