PROJEMA was born as a natural evolution of the multi-annual collaboration between professionals specialized in the electrical, thermomechanical, energy and environmental plant sector, who several years ago decided to combine their experiences and make them available for a new project.PROJEMA members have multidisciplinary experience and important collaborations in the field of Plant Design, Construction Management, Procurement Management, Energy Management, management of environmental authorization requests in the field of Renewable Sources.The vision of the PROJEMA project is to create a structure capable of encompassing skills, flexibility, and passion gained through years of collaboration and the practice of the profession, as well as the ability to manage a network of contacts able to deal with the fastest and most efficient method technical problems.We have ongoing collaborations with public bodies, commercial companies, studios, and engineering companies, as well as partners for the design of leaders in the photovoltaic sector.PROJEMA mainly deals with:- Design of electrical and special systems;- Planning of air conditioning systems - heating;- Water plant design - fire prevention;- Fire prevention;- Structural Design;- Energy diagnostics with a qualified Energy Manager subject recognized by the KCB;- Energy certifications;- Design of solar thermal systems;- Design of photovoltaic systems and GSE practices, Connection with Distributor, UTF;- Works Management;- Design and coordination of security;- Support for ORs and technical departments of institutionsThe current focus of Projema is increasingly oriented towards the world of BIM and integrated global design that is not aimed solely at 360-degree installations but at the whole construction world.
