Moffett and Associates was founded in 2001 in Ulundi by David Moffett and gradually grew to comprise of 4 offices in Ulundi, Mkuze, Vryheid and Richards Bay.Moffett and Moffett Architects branched off from Moffett and Associates and was founded in 2014 in Langebaan by David Moffett. Within the last 3 years, the company has already completed numerous projects on both the public and private sector: including private homes, offices, hospital alterations and schools. David was joined by his son, Sinjon Moffett in the beginning of 2017, and the Langebaan office now comprises of four enthusiastic employees.We are a creative architectural studio with more than 25 years of experience in providing a quality service. Our main goal is the satisfaction of our clients; helping them obtain a finished product that creates lasting joy. We always hope to contribute towards the built environment by producing creative, functional and economically viable designs and to provide a thoroughly professional service to our clients. Our experience in architecture enables us to provide a service in a wide variety of architectural types, ranging from individual houses and housing complexes to commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. We aim to produce architecture that is appropriate to the specific context of each building and believe that creative design is compatible with a limited budget. We aim at an amicable relationship with the main contractor and realise that we have the common aim of producing an excellent product for our clients. We nevertheless recognise our responsibility as principal agent to ensure a high standard of construction and the timeous completion of projects within the budget. To this end we also strive to maintain effective communication and flow of information within the professional team.
