Fiona Denton founded Denton Clinical Psychology in 2005. The aim of the practice has been to increase general awareness of mental health, and to give people the tools to effectively deal with their psychological and emotional issues. We have six highly qualified and very experienced psychologists on our team at the moment. As clinical psychologists, we are specialists in the assessment and treatment of problems relating to mental health. This may include everything from minor stress or relationship difficulties, to severe depression or eating disorders. We provide expert assessment and treatment of mental health issues in children, adolescents and adults. We are committed to providing therapy that is individually-tailored and based on extensive research, so that the therapy is as effective as possible in reducing or eliminating symptoms. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are two such therapies that we use. There are a range of appointment times, including after-hours time slots.
