IBP Construction Consultants is an empowerment professional practice with its mission to deliver non-negotiable excellence in all fields of quantity surveying, project management and cost engineering to our valued clients. The directors of the company are Nigel Forfar, and Chetan Mistry who between them have extensive experience in all spheres of building and engineering construction. Since commencing operations in 1999 we have completed some 350 projects. Value of projects completed in the last two years alone in the excess of R750 million. Our client list extends to over 150 clients and the value of work currently being worked on is in excess of R500 million. In excess of 70% of our clients is repeat business with existing clients. Maximum use of technology is being made and we constantly improve on our systems and software including our staff capabilities in utilising these to its full potential.
