Dr. Virendra Swarup Educational Foundation U.P. (VSEF) was established in the year 1989 in the memory of Late Dr. Virendra Swarup MLC & Chairman of U.P. Legislative Council and an eminent educationist. The foundation is running 10+2 schools & several institutes in Kanpur & nearby areas .
