Pati Jinich is a Mexican chef, author, TV host and founder of Mexican Table LLC. Mexican Table co-produces the three time James Beard award-winning and Emmy-nominated TV series Pati's Mexican Table, a part travelogue/part cooking show hosted by Pati Jinich.
