Matsuhisa Restaurants are sophisticated yet innovative restaurants, created by celebrity Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. All share a classy design that exudes an oriental feel and combines it with the architecture and design elements of each city in which the restaurant is located. They offer Nobu's signature Japanese-Peruvian cuisine and keep a very characteristic lively ambience and energy. The menu includes all signature dishes such as the (Black cod, Yellow Tail Jalapeno and Rock Shrimp Tempura) with which Nobu became well-known. With over 17 years of history and 7 locations in Europe (Mykonos, Athens, St.Moritz, Munich, Paris, Porto Cervo and Limassol), we are maintaining the brand's core DNA and we continue to expand this exciting concept into exclusive destinations.
