The Bay Tree Restaurant has been successfully open in the evenings since March 2013 complementing the established day time cafe. The evening Restaurant owners Steve and Melissa from New Zealand have collaborated with Lesley O'brien the cafe owner to provide Tewkesbury with a relaxed fine evening dining experience. Once the Cafe has finished it's daytime service the restaurant is transformed into a warm and comfortable evening dining atmosphere serving delicious British/European cuisine. There is even a beautiful cottage garden to sit out in the summer to enjoy your fine dining.Using fresh British produce sourced locally together with home grown herbs our Chef, Steve McSweeney prepares dishes with finesse and creativity to bring you a truly culinary experience. Our menu offers a turf section so that we can showcase our exceptional Yorkshire beef. All our fish is sustainably-caught and has a Marine Stewardship Council certificate. We have a superb wine selection supplied by Berkmann Wine Cellars and an assortment of Cotswold craft beer and cider to keep the connoisseur satisfied. Melissa Young (Restaurant Manager) and her team provide attentive and friendly service.
