Once you sail through the rough waters, you are likely to find your Second Wind – A newly found strength....Second Wind is a phenomena in distance running or exercise whereby an athlete who is out of breath and who is too tired to continue, suddenly finds the strength to press on at the top performance with less exertion....As of November '21, we have conducted - 500+ Personal Training Sessions400+ Group Yoga and Strength Training Sessions12 Workshops & Guest Lectures...The goal is to create and never miss an opportunity to spread the awareness of Yoga, fitness & nutrition.
