The intention of Be Love Wellness and Physical Therapy is to do whatever small part in healing the world by helping us heal ourselves. I'm ALL ABOUT sharing a healthier and more hospitable place to live. Since my graduate degree is in Physical Therapy, the entry point into healing with my patients is typically physical, ie. pain, physical dysfunction, and or physical trauma. However, the depth of the work we do stimulates many layers of being. I draw from years of practice in traditional healing forms of movement (tai chi, dance, yoga), and from cranial sacral therapy, embodiment practices, and breathwork. Patients enjoy the diminishment of pain, greater focus, better sleep, increased vigor, and a sense of integration throughout their entire system.
