Under the Rainbow offers strategic facilitation, technical assistance, strategy, capacity development, evaluation and knowledge services in the international social change and development sector. We facilitate strategic processes; develop strategies for change; undertake assessments, reviews and evaluations; provide capacity strengthening services; support the unleashing of strategic communications capacities, develop user-friendly learning and knowledge resources; and provide specialist publishing services. Our work is informed by a commitment to a just and inclusive society, an openness to innovative thinking and doing, and a valuing of respectful engagement for achieving meaningful, ethical and sustainable change interventions. We infuse creativity and strive to engage holistically in everything we do.We operate out of South Africa and work locally, regionally and globally, with hands-on experience in dozens of countries ranging from Azerbaijan to Zimbabwe.
