Recently undergoing a major expansion and renovation in 2014, Nexus' 26 acre Neurorecovery Center now offers a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, multiple houses for varying levels of care, as well as areas for meaning rehabilitation including a fishing pond, greenhouse, and craft center.
