We are a highly experienced, multi-award winning team of Interior Designers, Space Planners, Graphic Designers and 3D Visualisers. Based in Devon, but working all across the UK. From concept to handover, we can support you and your client through all stages of a project. The following are just some of the Interior Design services we offer: Residential Projects • Home visit and initial discussion • Measured survey of rooms and photographic record • Production of Concept / Mood boards with samples and images • Room layout plans • Selection and specification of all finishes • Selection and specification of soft furnishings, including curtains, throws and cushions • Selection and specification of bespoke artwork, accessories and homewares • Liaison with suppliers and manufacturers, including production of a full cost plan • Onsite project management, including co-ordinating contractors & sub-contractors • Room dressing and finishing Commercial Projects As well as anything above that may be relevant, we also provide the following services; • Brief writing and aspirational development • Client / Stakeholder / Tenant consultation • Space Planning, floor plan rationalisation & room relationships • Concept development, including images, samples and 3D visualisation • AutoCAD plans and elevations, fully detailed and co-ordination across all disciplines • Full integration into REVIT, including scheduling and BIM co-ordination • FF&E specification and costing • Proposal and specification of lighting styles • Detailed specification writing including full NBS integration • Full tender documentation package • Bespoke joinery detailing • Contractor / Consultant liaison • Project Management • Scheme dressing and finishing
