The Canada Venezuela Democracy Forum (CVDF) purposes are:• Promote Democracy and Democratic Values in Venezuela within Canada and around the world.• Promote the Rule of Law, Fundamental Human Rights and Social Justice respecting Venezuelan Constitution and its laws for the purpose of good governance and fair government for Venezuelans.• Promote honest and good management at all government levels in Venezuela to eliminate political manipulation, mismanagement of national resources, corruption and social injustice.• Promote civil rights, mutual understanding, tolerance and respect across Venezuelans with respect to their political differences.• Promote International Cooperation to develop peace and security in Venezuela.• Promote protection and defense of national sovereignty and territorial Integrity of Venezuela.• Cooperate with any organization, political party, private or public entity, providing that their objectives are not incompatible with the Purposes of The Venezuelan Forum.• To work for any other objectives to the realization and promotion of The Venezuelan Forum Purposes.
