In 1969, Mark Wieser started selling jams and jellies from a roadside fruit stand in front of the family farmstead. The 85,000 sq ft SQF Level 2 facility specializes in hot-fill, shelf-stable products that are manufactured in Fredericksburg, TX. Fischer & Wieser is well known for award-winning unique recipes that include the expertise of recipe creation, hand-roasting, and use of high-risk allergens.
