The GUINEAN YOUNG LEADERS INITIATIVE (GYLI) seeks to build the most innovative, disruptive, and scalable educational and entrepreneurial programs that will identify, develop, and connect Guinea's most promising young leaders who will drive positive change in their communities. We envision to (1) empower the next generation of Guinean leaders through trainings and field experiences based on the concepts and practices of ethical and accountable leadership; (2) build a new generation of people-centered entrepreneurs who see Guinea's most pressing issues as opportunities for innovative solutions, growth, service, and social change; (3) enhance access to a world class education and exposure to local and global opportunities. GYLI is more than an organization, it's a network of changemakers. We are a community that embraces Guinea's social and cultural diversity through our core values which guide us in our daily decisions and actions: Diversity: We believe that Guinea's rich social, cultural, and religious diversity is a valuable asset for the country's development.
