• Managing the entire HR Department • Responsible for Recruitment, Payroll and Invoicing. • Expertise in Various Technical Applications, Tools, Servers, CRM, ERP, Protocols, OS, Domains etc • Policies & Procedures - creation and implementation, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Appraisals etc. • Responsible for the overall-functioning of the Recruitment team. • Responsible for training, recruitment and retention of staff. • Evaluate and improve Recruitment Processes. • Motivating & ensuring that team target is achieved. • Compassionate &competent in running the operations independently. • Handling All Level recruitment. • MIS Reporting and Database Management • Work extensively with Domestic and International Clients • Coordinating the sourcing team by segregating the work and preparing the team report.
