Kadasa Intellectual Property (formerly Kadasa & Partners) was founded 40 years ago by the renowned Saudi attorney Nassir Ali Kadasa in Riyadh, the Saudi Capital, under Associated Patent Attorneys. Mr Kadasa has the distinction of being the first Saudi Attorney to prosecute and win an infringement lawsuit on behalf of a foreign entity against a national infringer.Kadasa IP embraces a tradition of providing quality service and provides filing through registration or grant of trademarks, patents, domain names and copyrights.
