"We strive to build a community of womxn focused on bridging the gap between knowledge and opportunity; where all womxn can learn, grow, and connect through their personal and professional journeys; and that empowers womxn to be strong, successful technological leaders." Graduate Women Coders connects women in graduate school by providing educational opportunities and experiences at Northeastern University. We aspire to foster a diverse community of women that support, empower, and encourage their peers to succeed. We host speaker panels, networking events, social gatherings, mentorship opportunities, and technical workshops dedicated to advancing the skillsets of members in a wide range of areas. Now, more than ever, it is crucial we back women coders who are often hindered by gender-related biases in the field. Through She+, we seek to not only support, but to elevate, all women—trans women, genderqueer women, non-binary individuals, and those who identify as female—interested in coding. instagram: @gwc_nufacebook: @graduate women coders NUGithub: https://github.com/Grad-Women-Coders
