Our website www.theschule.com aims to bridge the career guidance gap among 10th 11th and 12th students by helping students to choose a stream (PCM,Commerce, PCB, etc.) based on all the careers available globally by communicating DIRECTLY WITH THE PROFESSIONALS WORKING IN THAT PROFILE and NOT on some aptitude test by career Councillors as Councillors may have access to 10-15 streams but all theoretical knowledge whereas we have 90+ streams and the content comes from PROFESSIONALS WORKING IN THAT FIELD. For College students, we aim to make the students aware of the various job profiles in their selected major e.g. Computer Science students can take up 20+ roles in the IT industry, but during college the students are not aware and there is a gap between industry demand and skills., similarly for all other degrees, what are the various options and job profiles available to a students is provided.
