WestBridge is a family founded non-profit organization leading the way in effectively treating severe and persistent mental illnesses along with co-occurring substance use. We treat men 18 and older who are experiencing:• Thought disorders (including Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder) with co-occurring substance use•Mood disorders (including Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder) with co-occurring substance use• Anxiety disorders with co-occurring substance use• Post-traumatic Stress Disorder with co-occurring substance useThe foundation of our practices was developed by the Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center and have a proven track record in long-term dual diagnosis treatment. We address each individual's dual disorders simultaneously in the same setting, by the same treatment team. Unique to our organization, both family and community are an integral part of treatment.Our Residential and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Programs in Manchester, NH have a proven track record in successful long-term dual diagnosis treatment. These programs address each individual's co-occurring disorders simultaneously, in the same setting, by the same treatment team. We utilize evidence-based practices and, unique to our organization, both family and community are integral parts of the entire treatment process.Many men transition from a Residential level of care into our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program. ACT participants live in the local communities and receive full support from ACT Team Members in the areas of housing, finances, employment, symptom management, medical care, addictions counseling, wellness, and family life. All services are comprehensive, highly individualized, and are modified during an ongoing assessment and treatment planning process. Both the level of service and length of care are tailored to each individual's and family's needs.WestBridge has been CARF accredited since 2010.
