AWE | Advancing Women Executives (www.inAWE.com) is a training and development firm that helps professionals improve their executive presence, gain confidence and unlock their potential to help with their company's growth. Over 1500 women from Fortune 500 companies have participated in our AWE Leader and AWE Accelerator programs and over 20,000 employees of client companies have taken an AWE-facilitated onsite training session. We also offer a special program called AWEsomer (AWE Sisters of Multi-Ethnicity and Race), an interactive training course specifically for Women of Color. And finally, our LxE training solution focuses on working with managers to identify and address the pillars of their success.Our programs provide professionals the opportunity to build cross-functional and cross-industry relationships in locally based or virtual environments. AWE provides executives with a forum of gatherings and personalized services to help expand their professional network.
