Outsiders CrossFit is a 6,000 sq/ft. fitness coaching facility equipped with men's and women's locker rooms and a designated kid's area. We are located off Loveton Circle in Sparks, MD, just 1 mile north of Hunt Valley Town Center. We offer group classes along with individual coaching, utilizing the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) performed at high intensity.Outsiders CrossFit strives to bring world class fitness to you by creating a fun, like-minded community of people, young and old, who are dedicated to working hard and achieving results. We love what we do and we have a fun time doing it.
