Our staff is highly trained in a variety of techniques including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, McKenzie, myofascial release, strain/counterstrain and muscle energy techniques Appointments are scheduled with the same physical therapist each time to ensure a high quality of care is provided. We educate patients on posture, sleeping/sitting/standing positions, and activities that can increase, if not be a direct, cause of your pain. Through this education, in conjunction with a personalized home exercise program, we give patients the tools to modify their life without losing quality of life.
