Our small group classes are fully supervised/directed by a trainer giving you loads of personal attention. With our great membership plans and over 80 classes a week on the timetable it's easy to fit our 45 minute sessions into your week. Suna Pilates de-stresses and energises, leaving you feeling mentally and physically refreshed. Our goal is to build strength, stability and mobility through all positions improving posture and creating a happier, healthier, hotter body for you to play in.
