Specifically, flip the employment rate of Persons with Disability from the current 80% unemployment rate of working and qualified PWD talents to 80% employment rate by 2030.Vision 2030A transformed labor system in The Philippines where everyone truly gets equal chance to get a job or start a business regardless of health condition, former life, and backgrounds.
