Since their establishment, they have hosted the annual industry leaders'​ meeting of the major associations Felca and Gaela. The twelve conferences are now held worldwide in London, Frankfurt, St Petersburg, Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok, Taipei, São Paulo, Istanbul, Spain and Honk Kong.ST Alphe UK hosts the annual ST Star Awards, rewarding quality across 25 categories covering study travel agencies, language providers, vocational colleges, secondary schools, service providers and associations.
