At JCRM, our goal is to provide our patients with a thorough and complete fertility investigation in a warm, supportive and caring environment. Identification of the underlying fertility issues, along with an explanation of all possible options from most conservative to aggressive is the only way couples will be able to make a comfortable, well-informed decision during a very stressful time. Our IVF program is outstanding with one of the most experienced embryologists in the country, as well as the most advanced equipment available. Our success hinges on comprehensive treatment of the couple and not simply "shuttling" couples into the IVF process. In late 2004, our practice made the decision to add a strong emphasis on the metabolic and nutritional aspects of PCOD and Insulin resistance as it applied to ovulation and fertility. Since that time we have refined our approach to cover all potential treatment options for this most misunderstood disease. Our pregnancy rates have more than doubled with this approach and patients overall have a much better quality of life. In the very near future we will have a full time nutritionist to work with our patients in this area in a more structured way. Each member of our staff plays an integral role in caring for and educating our patients. Like you, our primary objective is to help couples achieve their dream of having a baby. We understand the importance of teamwork. That is why our patients' care is closely coordinated with their referring physicians. In addition, we believe it is important to treat the entire patient and address the medical, social and psychological issues of infertility.
