We wanted to create a group that any child can belong to, regardless of their level of fitness or whatever else might be challenging them. We aim to make exercise fun in a non-competitive and inclusive environment through a program based loosely on circuit training. We are finding our classes popular with the children who have an association that exercise is to be avoided, those who don't like sports and would purposely forget/lose their PE kit or pretend to be sick. We are gradually changing their perception with a focus on fitness, friendship and FUN. We also have the children who are looking for that extra fitness edge to help with other sport and we have some very promising triathletes who use us for additional cross training.
