The firm was recently founded by leading clean energy and sustainability practitioners with the goal of providing a radically different value proposition to a sector undergoing profound transformation. Our practice encompasses the development and financing of utility scale wind, solar, natural gas, and biomass projects and also includes unique expertise in distributed energy production, energy efficiency, energy storage, wastewater management and controlled environment agriculture. We operate a national (and increasingly international) practice out of Washington D.C., staffed predominantly by senior lawyers with years of experience in the energy and sustainability fields.
