Chef Jona and his wife Erin started Cooked in 2014 in order to share their love of healthy, nourishing food with busy folks everywhere. Our kitchen is run by Chef Jona Silva, whose experiences in restaurants and cooking have taken him from Mexico to Montréal to Morocco and finally, to Chicago.
