Rise and Flow embraces people of all backgrounds and experiences to practice yoga in an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, affirming and supportive. Through peace, harmony and diversity R&F reaches all and teaches many. Yoga is underutilized among racial/ethnic minorities and low-income populations. To enhance participation among these demographic groups Rise and Flow plans to be a part of the solution.The goal is to continue to provide this space where people can be brave, authentic and trust the discoveries that the yoga mat unveils. R&F never turns anyone away from the experience of yoga and holds much gratitude for all of the beings that continue to walk with us as our mission impacts our Greensboro, NC community and beyond!
