Our story is part of an irresistible digital revolution which is taking place in Africa.Many countries have worked hard to improve access to basic education, but there is still significant work to be done. Today, in sub-Saharan Africa, there are 32.6 million children of primary school age and 25.7 adolescents who are not in school. The quality of education also remains an issue but we believe technology could be part of the solution.With over 650 million mobile phone users on the continent, access to means of communication has improved in Africa and cost had dropped significantly. This presents an opportunity for the delivery of information and communication services and content in education across the continent and this is our motivation.
