When I created Marmion, I was determined that both client companies and candidates would experience the type of service I would want from a professional Recruitment Consultant, I never compromise. And, we have invested in our business, and our people to ensure that when you talk to a colleague you are in safe hands. Our approach to recruitment is quite simple: • We always act in the best interest of our client and our candidates• We will never send speculative CVs • We will never send the details of a candidate to a company unless we have their agreement • All jobs advertised are client specific so when we receive interest from candidates they belong to that client, and will only be considered for the role they‘ve applied for. We never auction candidates to the highest bidder• We are confident about our reasons for facilitating a meeting between a client and candidate because we do the research and gather enough evidence and information to ensure that there is a good match in terms of what both parties need from each other. And because we make the effort our candidates are highly engaged and turn up for their interviews (99% of the time!) • We profile candidates using a credible profiling tool which is included in our fee. We know more about our candidates than most recruiters. • We will never jeopardise our relationship with a client or candidate by taking shortcuts and wasting their time. • If we believe it's in the best interest of our candidates to remain with their current employers, we will advise them to do so.
