The company's offices, factory and Inspection Center are located in Minneapolis, MN USA. Mr. Arneson began ASC as a consulting service for electronic manufacturers requiring assistance in integrating and using sophisticated measurement tools and manufacturing equipment. He saw that the manufacturers' ability to learn and use these tools was severely underestimated at the point of purchase.
